These terms govern the use of qlinky.net (“QLinky” or “the site”). By using the site you accept these conditions. If you don't agree with them, please don't use it.
QLinky is a free site that offers two things:
Links are built in your browser. QLinky doesn't send messages, make calls or create events for you: it only builds an address that you decide how and where to use. No sign-up or payment is required.
You may use the site and the links you generate for personal or commercial purposes, with no limit on quantity. You agree not to use it to:
You are responsible for the data you enter and for how you use the links. In particular, you must have the right to use the phone number, email address or username you include, and check that the link works before publishing or printing it.
WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Google Calendar, Google Maps and the other services the links point to belong to their respective companies. QLinky is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. Their names are mentioned only to describe which service each link leads to.
Those services may change the format of their links or stop supporting them at any time. We do our best to keep the site up to date, but we can't guarantee that a link generated today will keep working indefinitely.
The guides are published for informational purposes. We review them carefully, but they may contain errors or become outdated when third-party services change. They are not professional advice. If you find an error, we'd appreciate you telling us through the Contact page.
The design, texts, illustrations and the site's own code belong to QLinky. The links and QR codes you generate are yours and you can use them freely. The QR code generator uses an open-source library under the MIT license.
The site is funded by third-party advertising, which may be shown through Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads. How cookies are used for advertising purposes is described in the Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep the site available continuously, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or remove tools without prior notice.
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, QLinky is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or of the generated links, including links that point to the wrong destination because of incorrectly entered data, printed material with an incorrect QR code, or changes made by third-party services.
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date shown above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
